Itinerary

Day 1 Departure from Mumbai/Surat/Bharuch/Vadodara/ Ahmedabad
  • This day marks the train journey to Delhi and this will be an overnight train journey.
  • We will reach Delhi at 11:30 AM. Reach Delhi S Rohilla Railway Station & Start our road journey towards Haridwar.
  • Reach Haridwar and witness the Har ki Pauri’s Ganga Aarti and later check in hotel & take rest.
  • Those Who arriving directly in Delhi will join the group at Delhi S Rohilla Railway Station at 11:30 AM.
  • NIGHT STAY :- HARIDWAR HOTEL

  • Early Morning Breakfast and Drive to Guptkashi(7 hr Drive)
  • Reach Guptkashi & after dinner get freshen up for the trek and take rest in hotel & later early morning move towards Sonprayag.
  • In route, we witness some enchanting views of River Ganga, the confluence of river Bhagirathi and Alaknanda in Devprayag & also the Rudraprayag’s Sangam too and also visit the Dhari Devi Temple.

  • Trek distance: 22 km
  • Trek time: 8 to 9 hours
  • At Midnight/Early Morning we start our Kedarnath Temple Trek so that we reach at temple as early as possible and we can attend evening aarti at temple.
  • For your convenience on your trek, hire a Doli, palki, pony or a horse at At your own Cost.
  • The continuous chants of “Jai Bholenath” by pilgrims add fuel to the fire of your devotion.
  • We will reach on the top by afternoon, take some rest, in the evening we can attend the evening Aarti at the temple.

  • Early Morning is heartly devoted to Morning Prayers. The power of the aura created during that time is worth spending. The Temple Aarti at Kedarnath is well recommended to attain.
  • After spending time at Kedarnath Temple & Bhairavnath Temple , we will start trekking back to Sitapur Parking.
  • After that drive towards Guptkashi.

  • Post early breakfast drive to Chopta, accommodate in Swiss Tents and later trek to Tungnath Mahadev. It is situated at the height of 3680mts above the sea level.
  • The trek is 3kms upward and in route you will find lush green meadows. You can witness a wide range of snow capped Himalayas.
  • Upon arriving, pay a visit to Tungnath Temple.
  • Later trek towards Chandrashila Peak and return to Chopta.
  • NIGHT STAY :- CHOPTA CAMPSITE (SWISS TENT)

  • Early morning breakfast, then drive to Rishikesh.
  • Upon arrival Take Dinner And rest.

  • The day is free for sightseeing & River Rafting
  • Early in the morning, we will proceed for river rafting. After returning, we will have breakfast, after check out will be free to explore Rishikesh’s local sightseeing spots.

  • In the evening, everyone will gather at Parmarth Niketan Ashram to attend the Parmarth Ganga Aarti. After that, we will get ready for our return journey to Delhi.

Cancellation & refund policy

-If a Camp is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, decided by management team etc), we will issue the full fees.Cancellation is on full fees Otherwise you can change your camp dates if its possible by us.

The cancellation charges For National Camp / Tour

Cancellations before to 90 days from the start of the journey 100% Refund of the total trip amount.
Cancellation between 89 days and 48 days to start of the journey 50% Refund of the total trip amount.
Cancellation less than 47 days to the start of the journey No Refund.

Reschedule of the Camp/tour

– In case of any Emergency Reason situation, we are offering an option of Reschedule your Camp in the next 6 months, only for -Academic Curriculum (Sudden Change in Exam Schedule)
-Medical Emergency (Any Serious Injury)
-Rescheduling is possible only before 5 days of the camp departure, In the last 5 days of departure rescheduling is not provided
-For this, you have to submit valid proof for the same including a Call letter from the University & College ID Proof in case of exams and Medical Certificate with all the respective reports from the Hospitals (Signed by MBBS post or higher authorities) in case of medical emergencies
-Excluding the above-mentioned reasons, the rescheduling option is not available
-Also participants will have to pay the cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
-This option is given only to those who have valid proof available, other participants have to continue their Camp as per schedule.
-The rescheduling options are offered only to those who would be facing the emergency other friends or colleagues of that camp have to continue as per their schedule.
-Rescheduling is given only 1 time, for the Second time Rescheduling & Cancellation option is not available

Transportation

-Transportation is managed as per head seat availability. We will help to adjust, However, we don’t offer any kind of seating preferences or special services.
-Train tickets are booked with subject to availability. TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. does not possess a right to change the status for waiting or RAC tickets. However, pre mention of the status will be conveyed to participants while booking tickets.
-In case of unforeseen circumstances such as getting stuck at a place due to natural calamity, unable to board the transport vehicle on schedule, etc.the expenditure of extra accommodation facilities, new transport arrangements,etc.will have to be borne by the participants themselves. No such responsibility would be on part of TRANQUIL JOURNEY PCT. LTD.

 Accommodation & Food

-Jain and Swaminarayan food will be available at the campsite/hotel. Non-Veg food is not allowed at the campsite/hotel.
-TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD has a pre-decided food menu depending upon the camp hygiene and health. No choices, preferences, or demands from the participants will be entertained. TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. is not responsible for any health-related issue during the camp, in case the participant skips the food.
-Before check-in/check-out, the participant is requested to check his/her room/tents. If any items are found to be damaged/lost/stolen from their room/tents, he/she will be held solely responsible for it and needs to bare the expenditure for the same.
-Before boarding the vehicle, the participant needs to check their vehicle seats/windows. In case of damage, he/she must inform the respective volunteer/instructor. If not informed and found damaged the participant needs to pay the repairing cost for the same.

Responsibilities Of Luggage, Jurisdiction, Medical, Adventure activities

-Participants are solely responsible for his/her damage/missing luggage. Checking the luggage before and after loading and unloading shall be done on the end of the respective participant
-If TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. finds any item during the event, that would be registered under store stuff but claiming for the same will require appropriate proof.
-In any type of disputes would be addressed under Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
-All the participants have to follow the laws formed by Local Authorities/Governments. In case, if anyone is found a violation of law, the local administration/government may take legal actions. TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. will not be held responsible in such cases.
-TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. provides basic First Aid Facilities all the camps and treks.
-In the case of a Medical Emergency, TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. will try to contact the emergency contact number provided by the participant. In case the emergency contact person will not respond in time, TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. will act as per the instructions given by the senior-most person available at the camp. The team the try to get the best medical facilities at the earliest, however, the cost of such medical treatment, transport, etc would be borne by the participants.
-Any medical expenses for minor/major injury/sickness during the camp would not be borne by TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. Only an immediate first–aid facility shall be provided.
-Participants will be provided with the facility of emergency health service in case no emergency family contact provided by the participant is available but the expense shall not be bear by the TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD.
-Participants have to carry their luggage during the trek. TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. does not offer the facility of mules or porters or any carriers. If in case the participant is willing to hire any carrier, they are solely responsible for bearing the charges.
-Trainee is solely responsible for any injury or accident (minor/fatal) that taken place during the camp.TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. is not responsible for any such cases/incidence/accidents taken place in the above-mentioned subject. He also understands the risk of wild animals and the dangerous state of water bodies nearby.
-Trekking needs basic physical fitness to sustain itself throughout the trek. Instructor/guide has the right to terminate his/her summit in case they suspect any unfit participant.
-During the trek, participants should follow the rules and technics of the trek and follow the principles of mountaineering.
-If during the trek, the instructor feels unsafe to carry the participant for the further trek, the instructor has the right to take the real-time action needed and can send the participant back for which no refund/return service shall be provided.

Discipline

-Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone is found to be the suspect in such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further services, return tickets, refunds, etc will be offered.
-Being an Adventure Camp and not a leisure tour, we expect a high level of discipline.
-All the participants have to follow the camp rules, timings, and code of conduct during the time of camping and travel.
-Punctuality must be taken as a serious matter. Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the volunteer/guide, Misbehave/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues.
-In case of violation of disciplinary rules, TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. has all the rights to rusticate a participant or terminate the participation.
-In such cases of disciplinary violation or the participants wishes to leave the camp willingly, TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. will not be held responsible for any further services, return tickets, refunds, etc. Also, TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. is not responsible for your further actions, safety, or any other actions that can affect the locality and jurisdiction.
-TRANQUIL JOURNEY PVT. LTD. will is not responsible for any type of internal disputes/quarrels among participants.

  • Cancellation would be granted by the Higher Authorities on receiving cancellation requests through email. The Cancellation Percentage will be counted on total event fees only.
  • Cancellations before to 90 days from the start of the journey – Full Refund.
  • Cancellation between 89 days and 48 days to start of the journey – 50% Refund.
  • Cancellation less than 47 days to the start of the journey – No Refund.

Notes

  • If train tickets is not available then participants have to pay extra charges for tatkal tickets.
  • RS 1500/- per person will be extra for twin sharing.(it’s Available only in Haridwar & Rishikesh.)

 

  • In case of any unforeseen conditions, the schedule/itinerary can be modified/cancelled Tranquil Journey Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized with the Board of Trustees.
  • For group tour reservations, please note that specific seat allocation cannot be guaranteed by Tranquil Journey. We kindly request all guests to cooperate and mutually decide their seating arrangements to ensure a comfortable travel experience for everyone.
  • Bathing water and electricity are subject to availability at the Mountain location. As there are common seating arrangements, no dedicated seats will be provided.
